Modernizing the process
Led the end-to-end redesign of the Customer Portal, transforming their traditional pen-and-paper forms into an online web application. This modern way of capturing data increased accuracy and security by eliminating issues related to misplaced or damaged paperwork. The new app allows for customers to easily input information, submit samples, retrieve and review lab results, and purchase equipment - leading to faster solutions all in one convenient location.
Role: Led end-to-end UX/UI execution of the Customer Portal
