User Testing
Cart Enhancements:
Removing the micro banner from the top to minimize distractions during the purchase decision flow.
Adjusting the header: Removing the country indicator (since geo-tagging is already in place) and shifting the cart icon to the right for better accessibility. This also helps the item count stand out more.
Personalizing the experience by updating the page title to "My Cart" to reinforce user ownership.
Optimizing checkout visibility by displaying the subtotal and savings near the Checkout CTA for a clearer cost breakdown.
Mobile Greeting Card User Flow
2024 Mothers Day Campaign
Designed and tested new components on ‘Sale Landing Page B’ to enhance purchase decisions. Added "Shop by Number of Children" and "Shop by Birthstone" sections to guide users. Test B outperformed within a week, driving higher conversion rates among visitors to the page.
Test A - Original Components
Test B - New Componets
Adaptable Components
I enjoy building components that are versatile and allow for various options. In this instance, Birthstones, Stone Shapes or a CTA can be swapped in an out under the main image.
